Get ready for Vinyasa with Yin Yoga! Yin is for flexibility, stronger bones, healthy joints and ligaments as well as a calm mind. It’s the perfect complement to Yang (Vinyasa) and great as a pre-exercise. Good for your little ones too!

Vinyasa Flow

Perfect for physical strength, improved balance, breathing, detoxification, blood circulation and nervous system as well as a focussed and calm mind. These classes are suitable for beginners and those at intermediate level.

Pranayama

The essential breathing technique you need for your yoga practice. It is mindful breathing; a technique that will encourage you to use your lungs’ full capacity. Asanas (yoga poses) will be a breeze when you master pranayama!

Adjustment classes

Going at your own pace, we carefully go through each asana (posture) to ensure you have the correct alignments. This means that you can get more from your yoga practice. Most suitable for beginners.
